Our history
Dana Ennis started out as a carpenter in 1972, in 1980 he started his own business and Ennis Construction, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1983. Dana’s brother, Alan Ennis joined in 1982 and nephew, Jamey Ennis in 2005.

Just as important is our team of employees and exceptionally experienced master carpenters and craftsmen. Over the years we have worked closely and built, and continue to build, lasting relationships with numerous local suppliers, sub-contractors and trades: masons, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, lumber yards, architects and designers, etc., Having that level of expectations for quality, communication and organization creates a team that cares about every project and others working on it, and we can all take pride in what we do together. This has allowed us to continue to develop one of the finest construction teams in the area.

Quality materials, fixtures and components are a must. Some materials are new, some reclaimed depending on the taste and wishes of the client. We provide custom cabinetry, period and reproduction custom mill work as well as built-in wall units, bookcases, window treatments and furniture.
Our team of exceptionally experienced master carpenters and craftsmen guarantee superior quality. In addition to our own in-house employees, over the last 40 years we have worked closely with a great team or suppliers, sub-contractors, designers, and architects.
The client is included in every step of the process, this is key to customer satisfaction. Making sure the customers wishes are fulfilled. Your satisfaction is our goal. From the beginning stages of design and planning, we can assist or provide you with all the permits, landscaping, site engineering, water, and sewage that your project requires. We produce and follow a meticulously managed budget. Provide progress pictures to the client and updates on scheduling. We are known to be on-time and on-budget and strive to keep that reputation.
