Ennis Construction Inc. now offers a Home & Business “Care-Free” Maintenance and Management Program to all those homes and business owners who have contracted with Ennis Construction Inc to build their homes and offices.

The program is designed to provide direct maintenance, preventative maintenance and energy efficient repairs to your home or facility. There are also additional options we offer our customers, to help take the stress out of the necessary periodic maintenance of your home and give you more time to do the things which are important to you. We are always ready to meet with you, discuss your needs and tailor a program suited to your particular circumstances.

To get an idea of what the program entails, we are happy to provide you, at your request, a copy of our standard proposed maintenance contract for your review, to see if the program is something that may be of interest. It is our aim to provide lasting and quality service to you in recognition of the courtesy you extended to us; in letting us build or renovate your homes and offices.
